About the Position: Serve as the technical and administrative supervisor over Motor Vehicle Operators executing critical ammunition and explosives handling and transportation operations.
- Plan quarterly, monthly and weekly work schedules and sequences of operations for subordinates.
- Oversee planning for the draw, issue, delivery and turn in of ammunition and explosives to support the schedules.
- Assign, direct and manage the work of civilian personnel executing ammunition and explosives handling and transportation operations.
- Explain work requirements, methods and procedures.
- Develop performance standards, counsel employees on performance, and makes formal and informal performance appraisals.
