- Analyze and review inventory database system to prepare necessary adjustments to general materials, passport, smart card material products balances, related paper trails, and on hand inventory quantities reports.
- Review and evaluate daily and monthly inventory reports to determine accuracy of load tickets, move orders, transfers and other documents.
- Answer inquiries regarding general materials, passports, smart card materials products availability in the inventory and inventory balances through meetings.
- Prepare and submit weekly analysis of system deficiencies for appropriate action and corrections.
- Review, coordinate, and maintain the statuses of all outstanding back orders.
