Manual Picker

Carolinas Staffing is looking for a Manual Picker in Tabor City, NC!   ** This position is temporary at the Tabor City, NC location and will transition to another location. ** Key Responsibilities:

• Move raw materials, finished goods, and packaging supplies throughout the facility

• Transport items between production lines, staging areas, storage, and shipping

• Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers safely

• Stage materials for production and move finished goods to warehouse locations

• Assist with cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy using scanners

• Support production by maintaining steady material flow

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

• Perform general warehouse duties such as labeling, wrapping pallets, and consolidating freight

  Requirements:

• 1–2 years of warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred

• Equipment experience (forklift, pallet jack, etc.) preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Basic math and computer/scanner skills

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
