The role of our shift leads is to ensure consistent and quality customer experience by executing brand beverage recipes and techniques, resolving customer relations issues, and leading the team in delivering the Scooter's "Amazing" customer service experience. You will play a critical leadership role by assisting the Store Manager in onboarding, training, and developing relationships with new team members and maintaining speed of service standards during high-volume periods by staying calm, managing an efficient team workflow, anticipating customer needs, and utilizing downtime to prepare for the next rush.
