- Works with customers to identify needs, resolve order/support issues, and serve as their advocate and liaison.
- Monitors back-order reports and resolve or assist in resolving actions that do not meet customer requirements.
- Investigates, coordinates, and releases Sales Orders that impede automated system flow.
- Apply DLA expedite policy and operating procedures to accelerate actions within the supply chain.
- Coordinates research and tracking of Stock Transfer Orders to resolve backorders or expedite delinquent contracts using established policies.
